Our Limited Five Year Warranty commencing from the date of purchase to the original consumer backs all Shower Twin Products.

This warranty covers all parts and assemblies, that they will be free from defects in material and workmanship.

Should any defect develop, resulting from material or workmanship during the warranty period, we will at our discretion, repair or replace the affected part of the assembly free of charge. (Continental US Only)

When calling our writing to us in regards to your Shower Twin Product, always refer to model number and place of purchase receipt with date of purchase.

Commercial installations are covered under this warranty.

The original dated purchase receipt is also required for any warranty claim. We cannot assume responsibility for any defect or malfunction attributed to: abuse or neglect or faulty installation by either yourself or others.
