Limited One Year Warranty
Our One Year Limited Warranty, commencing from the date of purchase, covers all Shower Twin Products. This warranty covers all parts and assemblies, that they be free from defects in material and workmanship.
During the warranty period, we will at our discretion, repair or replace the affected part of the assembly free of charge. (Continental US only) We cannot assume responsibility for any defect or malfunction attributed to: abuse, neglect, poor water quality or faulty installation by either yourself or others.
When calling or writing to us in regards to your Shower Twin Product, always refer to the model number and place of purchase. The original dated purchase receipt is required for any warranty claim. Any defective part must be mailed postage paid with a photo copy of the original sales receipt to the address below.
Commercial installations are not covered under this warranty.
